Uncompromising Standards

The Anatomy of a Wildflower Estate

A custom home should be a generational asset. We achieve this by blending timeless architectural principles with cutting-edge structural engineering. There are no shortcuts in the Signature Collection.

Site-Specific Engineering

We evaluate topography, soil composition, sun paths, and natural features to position your estate for maximum impact and environmental harmony. Our custom builds are engineered specifically for the land they command.

Structural Superiority

Beyond the aesthetics lies our true differentiator: over-engineered foundation footings, advanced thermal envelopes, and steel I-beam integration allow for massive open floor plans and floor-to-ceiling glass.

Bespoke Craftsmanship

From deep foundation work to final finishing touches, we source exceptional materials globally. We partner exclusively with top-tier artisans to execute highly complex, historically accurate, or ultra-modern refined visions.

Materiality

Sourcing the Extraordinary.

A custom estate is only as remarkable as the materials used to construct it. Our procurement team travels extensively to source the exact stone, timber, and metal required for your vision.

Quarry-Direct Stone

From Carrara marble imported directly from Italy to locally sourced, hand-cut limestone blocks. We personally select the slabs to ensure vein matching and density.

Heritage Timber & Millwork

Utilizing old-growth European Oak for flooring and clear vertical grain cedar from British Columbia for exterior cladding. All millwork is custom profiled.

Architectural Glass & Steel

We partner with premier manufacturers for commercial-grade, thermally broken window and door systems capable of massive spans.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you build on private lots outside your communities?

Yes, our Custom Estates division accepts a limited number of off-site commissions annually, provided the lot meets our rigorous engineering and access requirements.

How long does a custom build take?

A typical Wildflower custom residence is 14 to 18 months from the start of architectural drafting to final handover. Our integrated process significantly reduces traditional timelines.

Can we use our own architect?

Yes. While we have an elite roster of architectural partners, we gladly collaborate with outside architects. Our civil engineers and builders will review their plans for feasibility and budget alignment.
