The Role

Are you a seasoned pro ready to take on a challenge? We're looking for a Project Manager/Builder Expediter to join our team. This is a heavy field manager position for someone who thrives on the ground, not behind a desk.

You will be the driving force behind our projects, overseeing every aspect of construction from start to finish. This is not a "sit back and manage" role — it requires a hands-on approach and a relentless focus on execution.

Responsibilities

Actively managing a high-volume portfolio of builds at a time, including both new neighborhood developments and infill lots.

Serving as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, from subcontractors to clients, ensuring clear and constant communication.

Utilizing JobTread to manage project timelines, budgets, and tasks with precision.

Ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to our high standards of quality.

Leading and managing a team of 1–2 staff members and multiple subcontractors.

Requirements

5+ years of hands-on home construction experience. Non-negotiable.

2+ years of proven project management experience in a similar high-volume environment.

Exceptional leadership and communication skills. You must be able to command a worksite and motivate a team.

Strong independent work ethic and a positive, problem-solving attitude.

Proficiency with project management software; experience in JobTread is a significant plus.

A proven track record of excellent time and resource management.

Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

Benefits

Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.

Company truck provided.

Hybrid work options (1–2 days a week) for necessary administrative tasks.

Opportunities for career growth within a rapidly expanding company.

Supportive, collaborative, and family-owned business environment.
